Our former PhD student Michael Zeder has been awarded with the Swiss Hydrobiology-Limnology Price 2010 for the best PhD thesis. Congratulations Michael!

Thomas Posch is now a PD (Privatdozent) - he successfully completed his habilitation in April. Congratulations for the Venia Legendi in Limnology!
2010-04-01: New projects funded!
The Limnological Station has been successful in attracting funding both from the ESF (Project "FREDI") and the Swiss National Fund (Project "Limnobotics"). This will provide positions for 2 additional postdoctoral researchers for the next 3 years.
